River Place Inn & Cabins

We stayed in the cabin a few nights. It was in my view a hidden gem in amongst the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. The bed was as comfortable as any 5 star hotel I have stayed in, and the room was cozy and clean. The view of the river from the hot tub was nice and relaxing. They say location is priceless, well from this place you can take the back road and be at the Mill in 2 minutes and Dollywood is just beyond there. Easy access to the Parkway and all the restaurants you could ever want. Walking distance from the go carts and shopping. Bottom line if you can stay here you won’t regret it. We actually felt very rested and relaxed after staying here.

Love this place! Spacious CLEAN rooms, Comfortable beds, front door leads you right into the center of all the action and fun, back door leads to peaceful view of the river with ducks and wildlife, and its affordable! This place is the best of both worlds. The Staff are awesome, kind, down to earth people,who are there for you with any question or concern. They are continuously improving the location and rooms. You will not regret booking with river place inn !!!

We absolutely loved this place! The location was everything! You're on the river's edge so nature is all around you. There were a few things we didn't like that I'll list below, but for the price, location, and service you cannot beat it in the heart of TN. 1. There needs to be a safety latch on the doors!!! Our 3 yr old was fascinated with the pool and was able to open the door and walk out to the pool area (thankfully the pool is gated) 2. Pool hours need to be extended at least until 10pm 3. The vending/snack machine did not work, but like I said before, the location was awesome so it was easy to take a nice walk up the street to get whatever you wanted.

This place is nice. I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm staying here with my family. We got 2 queen beds with river view balcony. It's a nice quiet location. The rooms are nice and clean. The front desk lady is super friendly. I really enjoy sitting on the balcony listening to the river and watching the wildlife. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for Jeep Invasion '25. Our room was clean, bug free, with all working adminaties and daily maid service. The pool was nice. Yes, repairs are needed and there are permanent residents but we felt safe. Easy walking distance to convention center. All round good experience, would stay there again for the price.

Very cozy, with well-kept modern amenities. We spent three nights here for my son's birthday trip, and we enjoyed our room almost as much as our activities. The staff were very friendly and attentive. This is a budget inn located smack in the middle of all the fun the Parkway has to offer. Very convenient to a Food City Express as well as an impressive Marathon Gas & Grocery. On my next trip to PF, I won't even shop for lodging. I'll just book at River Place Inn & Cabins.

We had a great stay! The service provided to our crew was excellent—friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a restful stay. We truly appreciate the hospitality and the effort the staff put into making sure everything went smoothly for our group. Thank you for taking such good care of us—we’ll definitely be back!

Staff was friendly, lady at front desk was nice and respectful/helpful. Room was Nice, clean, had heat/air, Nice TV, had a refrigerator/microwave, Bathroom was spacious, room was spacious had a nice river view, and had comfortable beds. We was satisfied with our stay! Thank you for the great experience we enjoyed our stay!
